By downloading the PDF of a zine, you can send it to a printer to be printed. If you don't have your own, libraries often have ones you can use for free or low cost, or you can use one at your school or job. If your school or job doesn't allow for personal printing, just don't get caught.
Its also common to photo copy zines so you can easily have more, many printers can do that too.
All you need is a piece of paper really, you can make a zine with a regular sheet of printer paper or you can use more than one. If you don't have paper but do have a computer, you can make them as PDFs like the ones on this page.
