Horror movies are pretty much as old as movies themselves with the movie credited as being the very first horror movie dating back to 1896. The rich history of horror movies is far more than just killers, screaming and blood, here I will share my fascination and findings about horror movies along with some personal opinions here and there.

I personally find horror interesting because in my opinion, the point of it is to break the barriers of having taboo subjects in media and in that way, it challenges societal expectations.
